What is the Refund Policy?:

Any deposits made are considered non-refundable under any circumstances due to upfront costs we must incur. Travel insurance can help you get your money back if you find yourself needing to cancel the trip.

Do  I Need Insurance?:

Travel insurance is not mandatory but it is highly recommended. Travel insurance can help you get your money back if you find yourself needing to cancel the trip. You should choose “cancel for any reason” or “cancel for work reasons” to your policy.

Can I Choose Who To Room With?:

Of course! We assume most travelers will bring a loved one. If you know someone else who is coming on a Bar Trip with you, please reach out and we will match you as roommates. If you are a solo traveler, you will be matched with another solo traveler. Once matched, you will be connected to get to know each other prior to the Bar Trip.

Do You Offer Discounts?:

We offer a 5% discount to anyone who pays in full at the time of booking. We also offer special rates for Temple Law and HBCU grads. Please reach out and we will provide you with information to receive these discounts.

Does The Bar Trip Include Flights?:

Due to the variability of where everyone will be traveling from, the prices shown do not account for flights. If you need assistance with booking your flight, we are more than happy to help! Once booked, you will receive tips for booking your flight. Personalized flight assistance does come at an extra cost.

What If I Want to Have An Early Arrival/Late Return?:

You are more than welcome to arrive/return at any time that best suits you. If you choose to do so, you will be responsible for the cost of your room at the hotel/resort for those additional days.

We are happy to work with the hotel to make this a more seamless experience for you.

Flexible Payment?:

Of course! Our trips are priced for maximum affordability with maximum quality. We know many law students do not have the funds upfront. As such, we allow flexible payment - just choose the After Pay option at checkout. 

Can My Trip Be Customized?:

Of course! The packages are set but if you would like to add on experiences, we can help to personalize your trip to make it even more amazing. We are also happy to design custom itineraries in locations outside of what’s currently offered.  Customization does come at an extra cost.

Are Only Law Students Allowed?:

This is made for recent law student grads and their loved ones. We would also welcome recent med school grads but please understand we customize our trips for our clientele. It may be a little weird if you join a trip and you have no connection to the community. 

Are There Volunteer Options?:

We highly encourage volunteering during the Bar Trips. It’s a great way to connect with the community and to ensure that you are engaging in ethical tourism. Bar Trips will have volunteering opportunities built-in or available upon request.
